Mr. Wang was appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Executive Director on 11 September 2023. Mr. Wang also holds the positions of Chairman of 上海为烨投资集团有限公司 *(Shanghai Weiye Investment Group Co., Ltd.) and the Vice Chairman of the 上海市黑龙江商会 *(Shanghai Heilongjiang Chamber of Commerce), and has been honored with the title of Honorary Life Vice President by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Foundation. Mr. Wang has been engaged in the field of information technology ("IT") marketing since 2002 and possesses over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Wang obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Singapore Management University.

Mr. Huang currently serves as the Vice President of Microware Group Limited and General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department, primarily responsible for strategic investment planning and business resource integration. With over 20 years of experience in IT sales and marketing, Mr. Huang has established extensive industry resources and partnership networks across the technology sector. Mr. Huang obtained a Master of Business Administration and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.

Mr. Fok currently served as Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary. Mr. Fok has over 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting and financial management, having held positions of Company Secretary and Financial Controller in several listed companies. Mr. Fok obtained a bachelor’s degree of commerce from Hong Kong Shue Yan University in 2009. He is a fellow member of each of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a fellow member of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

Mr. Wang currently serves as the Vice President of Microware Group Limited and concurrently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at its subsidiaries, Micromeet Limited and美高域（上海）科技开发有限公司 *(Microware (Shanghai) Technology Development Co., Ltd). Mr. Wang also serves as the Vice Chairman of the 上海市沈阳商会 *(Shanghai Shenyang Chamber of Commerce). He possesses many years of sales and management experience in IT industry, providing a solid foundation for his current executive responsibilities. Mr. Wang is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration in HKU.

Mr. Pang joined the Microware Group in 1998 and currently serves as Managing Director of the Systems Integration Sales Department, overseeing strategic planning and business development for the department. Mr. Pang has over 25 years of sales experience in the IT industry. From 1999 to 2022, Mr. Pang served as Senior Sales Manager of the Group, leading his team in managing commercial projects in Hong Kong. In 2022, he was appointed as Head of Sales - Systems Integration Group (Commercial Sector), responsible for the Group's sales management. Mr. Pang obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom in 1996.

Mr. Sze joined the Microware Group in 2002 and currently served as the Managing Director of the Technical Services & Outsourcing Department, responsible for leading the team to deliver innovative and efficient IT infrastructure solutions and driving the Group’s continued growth in the Hong Kong market. Mr. Sze has over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution design, serving as Director of the Technical Services Department in Microware limited from 2022 to 2025.

Ms. Deng currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Micromeet Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. She has dedicated her career to the artificial intelligence (“AI”) industry, amassing extensive experience in commercializing products within the fields of computer vision and generative AI. Ms. Deng obtained a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics (Research) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr. Zhang currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer. With extensive management experience in the IT sector, he has held positions including General Manager and Vice President for years, where he was responsible for formulating group development strategies and operational plans aligned with corporate objectives, as well as overseeing daily group operations. Mr. Zhang holds a Master's degree in Product Management from École Supérieure de Management en Alternance (ESM-A) in France.

Mr. Bai currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer, primarily responsible for leading the Group's technology strategy and planning, R&D system development, and the implementation of innovative technologies. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare technology sector, Mr. Bai previously served as the Technical Lead at Roche Diagnostics (Shanghai) Ltd. and led the design and implementation of multiple digital and intelligent healthcare solutions. Mr. Bai obtained a Master of Computer Software and Theory in 2008.
