Mr. Wang was appointed as an Executive Director and the chairman of the Board on 11 September 2023. Mr. Wang currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Shanghai Weiye Investment Group Co., Ltd.* (上海為燁投資集團有限公司) and the vice chairman of the Shanghai Heilongjiang Chamber of Commerce* (上海市黑龍江商會). Mr. Wang has been in the field of information technology (“IT”) marketing since 2002 and has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Wang obtained a master’s degree in business administration in 2008, and an executive master’s degree in business administration from the Business School of the National University of Singapore in 2024.

Mr. Huang, aged 40, was appointed as an executive Director on 26 September 2023 and authorised representative of the Company on 5 December 2023. He graduated from The Open University of China in January 2022 with a degree majoring in administration.

Mr. Huang has over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing. From November 2005 to May 2007, he served as the Dazhong district sales manager at Ningbo Zhongjia Technology & Trading Co., Ltd, which is an indirect subsidiary of Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd., a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the production, processing and sales of IT products and whose shares are listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (stock code: 2376). Since 2007, he has served as the deputy general manager at 北 京盟創科技有限公司 (Beijing Mengchuang Technology Co., Ltd.*), a company based in Beijing, China, that focuses on the distribution of computer accessories, peripherals and other hardware products, where Mr. Huang oversees the company’s daily operation management and the sales and marketing of semiconductor products.

Mr. Zhang has extensive management experience in the field of information technology. He joined Shanghai Weiye Information Technology Co., Ltd.* (上海為燁信息科技有限公司) as the general manager since 2011 and joined Shanghai Weiye Investment Group Co., Ltd.* (上海為燁投資集團有限公司) as the vice president since 2015, where he is primarily responsible for formulating the group’s development strategies and operational plans in accordance with the overall corporate strategy, and overseeing the daily operations of the group.

Mr. Zhang completed his postgraduate studies in global economy at the School of Economics of Renmin University of China in July 1999. He graduated from ESM-A École Supérieure de Management en Alternance in France in December 2023, with a master majoring in product management.

Ms. Chan has over 20 years of accounting experience. She has been the Chief Financial Officer, authorised representative and a company secretary of Microware Group since 22 January 2007 and is primarily responsible for the management of financial, accounting and company secretarial matters of the Group.

Ms. Chan received a master’s degree in professional accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in November 2003. She was admitted as a certified public accountant and has been an associate of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants since July 1999 and a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since May 2007.

Mr. Cheng has over 20 years of sales experience and has been the Director of the System Integration Group of Microware Group since April 2018. Mr Cheng is primarily responsible for sales management of the Group. From July 2002 to March 2018, he was the senior sales manager of the Group and led his team for the project management of Hong Kong Government.

Mr. Cheng received a bachelor of engineering degree from the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong (now known as City University of Hong Kong) in November 1993 and a master’s degree in quantitative analysis for business from the City University of Hong Kong in November 1998.

Mr. Au has 21 years of sales and marketing experience. He joined Microware Group since June 2011 as the Director of Technical Services and Outsourcing, where he is primarily responsible for maintenance and service sales of the Group.

Mr. Au received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan in June 1988, and a master’s degree in information systems from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in November 2010.

Mr. Wang currently serves as the Vice President of Microware Group Limited and concurrently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at its subsidiaries, Micromeet Limited and Microware (Shanghai) Technology Development Limited. He possesses many years of sales and management experience in the information technology industry, which has provided a solid foundation for his current executive responsibilities. Mr. Wang is currently pursuing an EMBA programme at the University of Hong Kong.

Ms. Deng Siyu graduated in 2018 from the National University of Singapore with a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics (Research). She has dedicated her career to the artificial intelligence industry, amassing extensive experience in commercializing products within the fields of computer vision and generative AI. In 2021, Ms. Deng served as the General Manager of the Civil and International Business Division at Moqi Technology, where she successfully led the transition of contactless palm recognition products from conceptualization to market entry, while also facilitating their international promotion, including contactless fingerprint devices and intelligent palm and fingerprint comparison systems.

Additionally, Ms. Deng has been instrumental in the commercialization of the MyScale vector database. In the context of the rapid advancement of LLM big model technologies, the synergy between vector databases and large models has become a cornerstone technology stack in generative AI. Under Ms. Deng's leadership, her team has proactively seized market opportunities, swiftly advancing the global launch and promotion of SaaS products, and effectively implementing the next-generation RAG solutions across diverse scenarios, continuously pushing the boundaries in the field of AI.
