Participating in volunteer services can not only benefit the disadvantaged, but also enhance one's own happiness and satisfaction through giving. Every year, Microware Group cooperates with Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service to organize the "Dragon Boat Festival Elderly Care Programme", encouraging colleagues to visit the grassroots elderly with their families, distribute rice dumplings and holiday gift bags, and send care and blessings.
