1. Enterprise publicity strategic planning and implementation: Based on the company's business development plans, responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive enterprise publicity strategy, encompassing but not limited to brand image establishment, public relations activities, media outreach, both online and offline events, roadshow planning and execution;
2. Media Resource Management & Expansion: Possess a profound network of media resources, establish and maintain strong relationships with a variety of mainstream media outlets (including but not limited to television, radio, newspapers, magazines, internet new media, and social media platforms), ensuring widespread and targeted dissemination of company news releases, brand narratives, product launches, and other information.
3. Event Planning & Organization: Lead the planning and organization of various public relations events such as new product launches, seminars, forums, industry exhibitions, and roadshows to enhance the company's visibility and influence while effectively communicating the enterprise's core values and competitive advantages.
4. Corporate Promotion & Media Coverage: Develop and execute effective media communication plans to guarantee timely, accurate, and positive press coverage for significant company events, project developments, and performance highlights; simultaneously monitor and evaluate media coverage results to optimize communication strategies.
5. Crisis Public Relations Management: Establish and maintain a robust crisis public relations response mechanism to swiftly and effectively address potential negative public opinion, safeguarding and enhancing the corporate image.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor the marketing team, foster professional skills among team members, promote efficient teamwork, and jointly achieve predetermined market promotion goals and KPI targets.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a full-time program, preferably in majors related to marketing, communications, or public relations;
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and public relations, including at least 3 years of senior-level marketing experience within a listed company; prior experience in a similar role with a foreign-owned enterprise is highly preferred;
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, adept interpersonal relationship management abilities, sharp market insights, and outstanding project management and cross-department coordination capabilities;
4. A wealth of media resources and an extensive personal network, familiarity with domestic and international media operation models;
5. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
