Collaborate with the team to develop the next-generation enterprise application engine powered by AI, including but not limited to:
1. Participate in the architecture design and implementation of GenAI services, encompassing dialogue engines, data insight services, elastic parallel computing engines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), among other components.
2. Participate in the formulation of solutions to promote product stability, performance, openness and scalability construction;
3. Build integration and processing links around structured and unstructured data at the core of the business, targeting data usage scenarios within the enterprise;
4. Conduct technology research and feasibility analysis in the AGI field, and apply findings into the current product development cycle.
5. Continuously optimize performance, stability, engineering architecture, research and development process to provide users with high-performance, easy-to-use platform experience.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of working experience in back-end/server-side development.
2. Possess solid programming fundamentals and be proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (such as Golang, Python, Java, etc.) along with familiarity and effective application of common back-end frameworks like SpringBoot, Mybatis, Thrift, and software design patterns.
3. Familiar with distributed, caching, message and other mechanisms, familiar with FaaS and other elastic computing architecture, with large-scale distributed system design and development experience is preferred.
4. Have good product and customer awareness, good at deep understanding of business scenarios and abstract needs, design efficient technical solutions and promote the implementation.
5. Experience in intelligent customer service, search and recommendation system, or business intelligence (BI) platform development is preferred.
6. Experience in AIGC / LLM, service and process orchestration, big data platform, zero code / low code platform, and enterprise-level application architecture design is preferred.
