1. Front Desk Reception and Image Presentation
(1) Responsible for greeting, directing, and conducting preliminary inquiries with visiting clients, showcasing the company's professional and friendly image;
(2) Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area to ensure a favorable representation of the company's brand image;
2. Telephone Handling and Transfer: Answer, transfer calls promptly and accurately, relay messages, and ensure smooth internal and external communication;
3. Document Processing and Printing: Handle the printing, photocopying, and scanning of internal company documents;
4. Mail and Courier Management: Manage the daily receipt, registration, distribution, and sending of letters and packages, ensuring timely and accurate mail and courier delivery;
5. Administrative Affairs Management
(1) Assist with purchasing and managing daily office supplies, supervise inventory levels, and make replenishment purchases as needed;
(2) Organize and archive internal company documents and materials to ensure they are complete and orderly;
6. Business Support
(1) Provide necessary assistance in business reception, such as booking meeting rooms and arranging business travel;
(2) Participate in organizing and preparing for internal company events and meetings as required.
1. Must present a polished and approachable appearance, possess strong interpersonal skills, and display excellent professional demeanor and etiquette;
2. Native proficiency in Mandarin, clear speech, and a basic foundation in spoken English is preferred;
3. Proficient in using Office software applications and skilled in document layout and printing tasks;
4. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining effectiveness even in a busy environment;
5. Shows a strong service mindset and sense of responsibility, proactively identifies and resolves problems;
6. Passionate about administrative work, willing to take on and learn more responsibilities in administrative support roles.
