1. Manage and monitor hardware infrastructure including servers, storage, and network equipment
2. Lead incident response and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues
3. Perform capacity planning and system optimization
4. Implement security protocols and maintain compliance standards
5. Create and maintain technical documentation
6. Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure improvements
 

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in hardware operations and maintenance
3. Strong knowledge of ITIL practices
4. Experience with enterprise hardware systems
5. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is preferred
6. Knowledge of Scripting skills (Python, Bash) is an advantage
7. Experience with hardware monitoring and diagnostic tools
8. Experience with automation tools is preferred
9. Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
10. Excellent problem-solving abilities
11. Effective communication skills
