1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field
2. Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
3. Experience with database management
4. Knowledge of Microsoft CRM and BC systems
5. Experience with enterprise applications is an advantage
6. Knowledge of software development best practices is preferred
7. Understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred
8. Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Excellent teamwork abilities
