Customer Engineer

Employing Entity:Hong Kong (Headquarter) Date:01. 08, 2024 Location:Hong Kong, China

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance service for PC, printer & peripheral
2. Support services (e.g. installation, relocation) for PC, printer & peripheral
3. Writing services report and carry out user acceptance test
4. Report work progress and result to supervisor regularly

Job Requirements:

1. HKDSE / F.5 or above
2. Holder of MCSA certificates would be an advantage
3. 1 year or above experience in PC, printer maintenance / support
4. Knowledgeable in Window OS platform
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
7. Willing to working on shift duty is an advantage
8. Immediately available is an advantage
9. Fresh graduate will also be considered as Technician
